Respiratory inflammatory diseases (Allergic Rhinitis, Asthma & COPD)

Morria's MFAIDs uniquely target key events in respiratory inflammation, a market worth in excess of $25bn annually. MFAIDs showed promising efficacy in animal studies demonstrating effect in both preventing and treating respiratory inflammatory diseases including the mouse ovalbumin-sensitized allergic bronchitis model (asthma).
Phase I and II clinical trials of MRX-4 for treating allergic rhinitis were successfully completed with no treatment emergent adverse events and excellent PK safety profile. MRX-4 administered by nasal spray showed statistically significant clinical efficacy versus placebo in the fully ICH-compliant Phase II study (n=105) and reduced levels of five key inflammatory mediators and eosinophils in the nasal lavage.
